Shaun Gillilland’s chickens might better be ducks this summer, with all the rain that challenges farmers around the region. On Gillilland’s Ben Wever Farm in Willsboro, he’s hoping for some stretches of sunshine that dry the saturated fields and allow him to mow, dry and bale hay for his livestock.
