Montreal native Michel Lapare adds a fresh coat of paint to the keel of his sailboat, named Le Grand Petite Prince, at Plattsburgh City Marina. Lapare has been restoring the hull of his boat for more than three weeks now and is eager to get back to sailing on Lake Champlain.
