Ray Bazydlo of Essex and Christina Holland of Plattsburgh were among a small number of concerned citizens who delivered a Congressional Budget Office report on the effects of the American Health Care Act to the Plattsburgh office of Congresswoman Elise Stefanik Thursday afternoon. Stefanik backed the act in a vote held before the Budget Office issued the report.
