Matelan Fearon works at spot picking honeycrisp apples at Forrence Orchards in Peru. Because of the unusually warm weather pattern, some of the apples have not achieved their red color yet. Cooler temperatures and sunny days will speed up the process. A resident of Jamica, Fearon has worked for the orchard for 30 years.
