Mountain Lake Services Assistant Director of Community and Staff Relations Elizabeth Rutkowski receives a commendation from Essex County Board of Supervisors Chair Randy Douglas for the work her agency does with developmentally disabled individuals. They're now volunteering at fire departments, senior centers, churches, schools and nursing homes.
