The Alice Center Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility on Sixth Street/County Route 61 will begin transitioning residents from Franklin County Nursing Home on April 15. The county intends to close its nursing home on May 7 then begin renovations to move the Department of Social Services and other county offices to the vacated building.
