Earl Parker of Parker Family Maple Farm fills up jugs with maple syrup during Maple Weekend in West Chazy on Sunday. The event, which included wagon rides, a pancake breakfast and tours of the facility, was part of Maple Weekend in New York, where almost 160 maple producers opened their facilities to show people how maple syrup and other products are made.
