Devi Momot shows stunned surprise as she is named the 57th Irishman of the Year at the North Country Chamber of Commerce Breakfast at SUNY Plattsburgh's Angell College Center Ballroom on Tuesday morning, St. Patrick's Day. Momot thought she was attending the event because a friend was likely to win the title.
