The former Lakeside Apartments property at 460 Margaret St. in the City of Plattsburgh, condemned after major flooding in spring 2011, has been sold to Florida-based VIA Capital for $800,000. The new owner says negotiations are underway to sell to a developer for a purpose not yet determined.
