Jeff Singer, vice president of finance and operation for Eye-In Media, gives an overview of the Montreal-based company, which took advantage of Start-Up NY incentives to create a presence at SUNY Plattsburgh. He says they will create at least 17 jobs here within the next five years, along with many internship opportunities.
