With mild temperatures and sunny skies, Dave Loope from the Town of Chazy Highway Department hangs Christmas decorations on light poles on Route 9 Wednesday morning. The highway department will be taking advantage of the warmer than normal temperatures, also hanging lights in West Chazy and Sciota.
