Dr. Samer Siouffi and his wife, Beth Siouffi, won both the People's Choice and Judge's Choice Awards at the Dancing with the Plattsburgh Stars event Saturday at the West Side Ballroom. The sold-out dance competition raised money to assist the Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary and the Foundation of CVPH to fund their community-service programs.
