Bill Rowland, who makes his home at Lake Forest Senior Living Facility in Plattsburgh, still consults with the board of Reflexite, the plastics company he and his brother, Hugh, founded in 1947 as Rowland Plastics. He does not keep his copy of Salvadore Dalí's "Tristan and Isolde - Le Philre D'Amour" at Lake Forest.
