Gloria Hebert is one of a few senior citizens who lost their transportation to the Clinton County Senior Center due to the reorganization of Clinton County Public Transport bus routes for elders. "There isn't any other way," Hebert said. "Maybe the CCPT bus, but the thing is you have to go to the mall, then onto another bus to the Senior Center, and it all costs money."
