The sail ferry Weatherwax (above) is shown as it sailed on Lake Champlain in 2002. The ferry is caught in a dispute over whether it should be the focus of a museum display or be in sail-ready condition for use on the lake. Mold can be seen growing (right) inside the hull of the replica sail ferry Weatherwax, as shown in this photo taken by ship builder Douglas Brooks on April 14.
