The old Tuners building at Broad and Cornelia streets in Plattsburgh was recently demolished to make way for a new Walgreens drug store. The store, expected to open in winter 2010, will be 14,550 square feet in size and will feature a grocery section, pharmacy, double-lane drive through and multiple aisles of everyday essentials.
